Respect the work and its permissions
Dev Autographs is an Axiom Risk Group product. This notice explains the boundaries between the hosted service, company-owned materials, open-source software and the work users sign.
Company materials and brand identity
Axiom Risk Group LLC reserves the rights it holds in original website copy, artwork, product identity and proprietary service materials except where a separate license or applicable law permits use. Other contributors and third-party licensors retain their respective rights. Do not falsely claim our materials as your own, remove required attribution, impersonate the company, or use the Dev Autographs or Axiom Risk Group identity in a way that misleadingly suggests sponsorship or endorsement.
Contact info@axiomriskgroup.com for brand or material-use permission. This notice makes no claim of a registered trademark, patent or copyright registration. It does not claim exclusive rights in general ideas, facts, development methods or independently created work.
Open-source permissions remain intact
The Dev Autographs source repository carries the Apache License 2.0. Copying, modification, distribution and commercial use permitted by that license remain permitted, subject to its conditions, including applicable notices and attribution. Fonts and other dependencies have their own licenses. Retain the relevant LICENSE, NOTICE and third-party notices when required.
These policies do not relicense existing source code, revoke granted open-source rights, create a blanket ban on reverse engineering or competing products, or override legal exceptions. Apache 2.0 does not generally grant permission to use a licensor's trademarks beyond its limited notice-related allowance. Describe a fork accurately and identify your changes; do not present it as the official service.
Signing your work does not transfer it
You retain whatever rights you hold in the material you sign. A public hash, key, timestamp, GitHub link or repository claim is evidence within its technical scope. It is not a copyright registration or a decision about authorship, ownership or licensing. A valid signature can accompany material that the signer did not have permission to use.
Respect the underlying license and contributors' notices. Publishing a seal does not give another person permission to copy the underlying work, and it does not remove permissions already granted by a source license. Do not forge records, impersonate signers or knowingly use misleading attribution.
Report copied materials or disputed records
Email info@axiomriskgroup.com with the subject Dev Autographs rights report. Identify the material or record, its URL or fingerprint, your relationship to it, the rights or attribution you believe are affected, and supporting evidence. State the remedy you request and provide a contact address. Do not send private signing keys, credentials or unrelated confidential data.
We may ask for clarification and contact affected parties to assess a report. A report is not an automatic finding of infringement, and the registry cannot adjudicate legal ownership. We may restrict disputed hosted material or apply a correction where supported and appropriate, while protecting legitimate licensed use. Already distributed cryptographic records and third-party copies may remain.
This email is the product's rights-report contact; this notice does not claim that it is a registered statutory copyright agent or guarantee a particular legal takedown procedure.
